Last night I was giving the kitchen a good deep cleaning, which is something of a pre-Thanksgiving tradition for me. I was attempting to scrub the sticky stuff off of the exhaust fan above the stove (what the hell is that stuff?) when Pandora played a song with the lyrics "this place is always such a mess, sometimes I think I'd like to watch it burn," and it might have given me ideas.
Luckily, few things improve one's outlook on life as much as a brilliantly clean kitchen.
