Today is the day that those of us who refuse to associate in any way with any political party get completely excluded from the process of government for no apparent reason. Why I ask does the fact that my voting choices are not driven by party disqualify me from participating in primaries? If you ask me, I say that I'm actually more qualified since all of their choices affect my eventual regular election vote, whereas the people who actually get to vote today have already picked a party, and their votes will go to that party no matter who the candidate is, which is a stupid way to vote by the way.
Don't even get me started on how people who associate with minor parties get to CHOOSE which major party's primary to vote in. This is a stupid stupid system.
