As of yesterday evening, I've had two complete jelly-free days. I even went looking for them pretty hard yesterday afternoon. If there are none to be found in the gross little eddy caused by the bend in the public pier, there are none to be found anywhere. All kinds of debris collects there, usually including jellyfish. Yesterday, there was plenty of debris, grocery bags, cigarette butts, beer cans, feathers, several rotten things, but no jellyfish. As of this post, the time remaining in the jelly season is:
