The knitting journa continues

Been meaning to post some pictures for a while.

Done:
-Felted slippers for youngest brother. By done, I mean that they're knitted and felted and are in the process of having the sole applied (pictured next to mine which are getting a retread after 4 years of wear). His birthday is Saturday, so they're just in time.

-A new hat for me. I couldn't resist the soft wool the little brother got me for Christmas. There was just enough leftover to make a matching scarf. Incidentally, the hat pattern claims that it is a replica of something Dr. Spock once wore in some episode of Star Trek, probably not in purple and red.

-A hat for J. He wouldn't let me take a picture. It's a very plain gray ribbed hat with a narrow green stripe at the brim. And now I can claim him in public again because he's no longer wearing the manufactured knitwear.

In progress:
-Mom's scarf. It's up to about 20 inches, and growing very slowly.

-A sock for me. One of the brothers gave me some seriously dreamy needles, and the other gave me some super-squishy sock yarn for Christmas. It was inevitable.
-Socks for Moose. These are next on my list unless the Alpaca forces me to make another hat.
